Welcome to Kelly’s HIIT – If you have landed on my page that’s great, you’ve taken your first step into becoming a healthier, stronger and happier you!

My love for fitness started over 5 years ago, when one day (not a cliche – promise!) I woke up and realised something needed to change. I am someone who has been through a lot of tough crap in my private life and my journey back to getting myself back on track started and was sustained with exercise.

My passion is to reach out and help people become stronger in both body and mind, I want to see people rise, gain confidence and become happier healthier individuals. I believe that is achievable through fitness training as well as gaining a strong, lean body in the process.

I have aimed to set up an environment in my classes that is positive and where everyone feels comfortable and welcome. The classes are open to anyone from beginner’s looking to start and get back into fitness to experienced fitness guru’s looking for a new challenge! the classes are adapted to suit you and your needs whether you are 16 or 60, have a back or a foot injury – I can work it around you.
