After a nasty back injury with two squashed discs, friends recommended i try Kelly’s Hiit classes, reassuring me she changes things to work for each individuals injury’s. Well I’m so glad I braved that first class! Kelly did exactly that, changing moves to suit my limitations and then pushing me harder when she saw me improving. I grew in confidence with my training, trusting Kelly was watching my form. I am now back training at the same, if-not better, level than before my injury and have even completed a Nuclear race with Kelly by my side (smelling of stagnant water and caked in mud!) Classes & Boot camp are fun and informal. You will leave fitter but also with a smile on your face. This girl rocks. I would recommend her classes to everyone – give it a go!
