Since having had two babies (and lots of food) my body has changed. I got really stuck in a rut and did nothing about it. After hearing about Kelly’s classes I decided to give them a go. I was so low on confidence and was so scared to walk into a room full of strangers and start jumping about but I needn’t have been. Everyone is so friendly and so not judgmental and also they’re there for the same reasons, to get in better shape physically and mentally. I couldn’t recommend Kelly highly enough. She’s experienced, motivating and just a lovely person. The classes are tough as hell but so addictive and after 2 months my body has changed. Most importantly although I have a long way to go, I’m feeling so much better about myself. GO TO THESE CLASSES!!
I’ve been going to Kelly for about a month now and entered into one of her challenges whilst going to her hiit classes – this women is amazing at what she does and could not recommend her enough, inches have been lost and stamina has been built up. After a nasty back injury with two squashed discs, friends recommended i try Kelly’s Hiit classes, reassuring me she changes things to work for each individuals injury’s. Well I’m so glad I braved that first class! Kelly did exactly that, changing moves to suit my limitations and then pushing me harder when she saw me improving. I grew in confidence with my training, trusting Kelly was watching my form. I am now back training at the same, if-not better, level than before my injury and have even completed a Nuclear race with Kelly by my side (smelling of stagnant water and caked in mud!) Classes & Boot camp are fun and informal. You will leave fitter but also with a smile on your face. This girl rocks. I would recommend her classes to everyone – give it a go!
Whether you are young, mature, a new mum, recovering from an injury or simple want to get in shape for the summer this is the place to be. It’s completely insane, friendly, fun and you will become addicted. Kelly is a fantastic motivator and will adapt the exercises to fit your ability. Get your self there, it’s the best decision I’ve made in years.
In four weeks of attending HIIT twice a week I am amazed at how my core and upper body strength has increased. This has really improved my running and sorted out a nagging sacro – illiac injury. Kelly is a great motivator and works you hard but is very sensitive to any injuries. The sessions are really enjoyable – would highly recommend. Thank you Kelly!!!
These classes are amazing! Pushes you to your limit and then after feel on top of the world. Kelly knows what she is doing and will help you every step of the way. Child friendly classes which helps so much. I feel 100% better already. Recommend these to anyone. If nothing else brilliant for mental and psychical health.
It’s been my second time attending Kelly’s HIIT class and I got to say every time is a challenge and you can definitely feel it the next day.
I’d recommend going to her classes because she doesn’t do the same thing every time, she creates this friendly environment that not only makes you feel comfortable but makes you work even harder. And I can see the difference on my mum Emma Kew as well.
I’ve been going to Kelly’s HiiT classes for over a year now and I really can’t recommend them enough.
After wasting money of gym memberships that I hardly managed to get to and if I got there wasn’t motived enough to work out hard enough to see any benefit, working out with Kelly has really been an enlightening experience, which has helped me me lose weight, gain strength and improve flexibility and fitter than I’ve been of 20 years.
Kelly is an enthusiastic (without doing that irritating American patronising style) sensible and knowledgeable Fitness Coach who also shares a lot on motivation and nutrition when you’re included in her member group.
Personally speaking it is also nice to be trained by someone who isn’t just fit because they’re a 20 year old! She’s leads by example, quietly encourages those that struggle or new, adjusts moves for those that have injuries, and pushes those who she knows can do better.
It’s a class for all, female or male, old or young, fit or unfit. With so many classes on at different times and days I ironically go to more classes than I very did with a gym membership. There really is not excuse. Just Do It.
A place to get healthy fit and strong with like minded people. Kelly is smashing at focusing on your goals and praising your achievements whatever your fitness level. With her encouragement it’s more than about just physical fitness..its your state of mind and she genuinely cares about you as an individual..I don’t know many personal trainers but she really is one of a kind and you will not regret going to her classes. Very highly recommended x
I can not recommend Kelly’s classes enough, she’s mental and will work you till you nearly drop. But I walk out of classes feeling amazing. Kelly is amazing at what she does!!!
